THE CALL

The NASCAR Hall of Fame is a showpiece for the city of Charlotte, NASCAR and its millions of fans who will make the pilgrimage to this facility year after year. The owners needed to ensure that every detail was executed well and would look good for years to come.

PERFORMANCE

The NASCAR Hall of Fame is part of a bigger plaza that includes an office building, parking garage and more. Because we were involved early on in the planning process, Metromont was able to show the design-build team a variety of sample finishes that could serve for the whole project. The light sandblast finish they selected provided consistency to the entire plaza. This, combined with solid architectural precast wall panels, offers long-term low maintenance in the presence of high foot traffic and spirited fans.
