The Call
The challenge was to engineer a cost effective solution so each precast panel looked unique. The owner needed a precast solution that didn’t look like precast.
Performance
Delivered on time and within budget. By specifying architectural precast, the architect was able to take advantage of local, regional materials, which allowed for a reduction in embodied energy and harvested materials.

Testimonial
“Metromont’s team embraced our idea and got their whole team on board. It’s one thing for sales managers to want to make architects happy, but to have the plant manager, the finishing crew foreman and engineers fully engaged is something else. Metromont was extremely cooperative – the project was a win-win for everyone.”
