THE CALL

Old Dominion University announced they would bring football back after a 60-year absence. They needed a 724-space parking garage whose facade could match the newly-constructed luxury suites as well as the 70+ year-old stadium.

PERFORMANCE

Through the use of thin brick, buff-colored concrete and sandblasting, Metromont was able to assist in creating a look that blends old with new with minimal site disturbance on campus. And, the project was completed six-months prior to the scheduled completion date.

  • The parking structure houses a storage area for the Game Day Building, playing field equipment and a ticket sales area for stadium events
