Riverfront Professsionals Medical Office Building is awarded LEED Gold status
The Riverfront Professionals Medical Office Building, located near the Tennesse River, was recently awarded LEED Gold status. The three-story 32,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility utilizes an all precast concrete building frame, including thermal efficient precast walls, columns, beams and a double tee floor and roof system. In addition to the precast wall system, the building envelope incorporates insulated metal panels and curtainwall glazing. With the construction of 140 solar panels on the precast concrete roof, the office building boasts once of the largest solar energy systems within Tennessee. In addition, sun shades were used to deflect sunlight during hot months. A white reflective roof that collects rainwater provides irrigation of other areas also contributing to the sustainable nature of this office building.

AdvancED is awarded LEED Gold status
AdvancED Worldwide Headquarters was recently awarded LEED Gold status by the U.S. Green Building Council. The 60,000 office sq. ft. worldwide corporate office building in Alpharetta, Georgia is manufactured with CarbonCast High Performance Insulated Wall Panels contributing to energy and cost savings without compromising aesthetics. The C-GRID wall panels enable edge-to-edge continuous insulation for a thermally-efficient building envelope. In addition, the wall panels also incorporate recycled materials and are strategically positioned towards the sun to achieve extraordinary levels of energy efficiency.

Metromont Corporation is pleased to announce that Paul Inglese has been promoted to the role of Sales and Business Development in Bartow, Florida. With a background in Specialized Technology, Paul brings to Metromont his experience in Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete and architectural precast concrete. His expertise will be a great asset in the expansion of the Florida market.
In addition, Metromont has hired Debbi Chez to take the role of Sales and Business Development in the Charlotte, NC market. Debbi has a degree in Civil Engineering with over 20 years experience in project management and business development in the construction industry. She has previously worked for companies like Turner Construction and Bovis Construction.
