Wilmer Pineda is a Production Supervisor at Metromont’s Greenville manufacturing facility who began his career at Metromont cleaning restrooms nearly 20 years ago. Growth has been an important part of Wilmer’s career journey, and he gives thanks to Metromont for recognizing his potential and what he could achieve. Q: Is there anyone you would like to thank at Metromont who has impacted your life?

A: I want to thank John Wood for all his support. I started out cleaning restrooms, and Metromont gave me the chance to grow. Thanks to that opportunity, I’m now a production supervisor, and I’m grateful for the path they helped me build

A: Growth – I’ve seen my own potential, and Metromont has helped me realize it. They recognized what I could achieve, and that made all the difference in my journey here."
