The first in Virginia to achieve a Parksmart Silver certification from the US Green Building Council, Monument Drive Parking Garage and Transit Center is a new commuter parking structure located in Fairfax County, VA, just west of Washington, D.C. A green roof at the top level of the deck features solar panels that power the facility. The eight-level precast parking deck provides approximately 820 parking spaces for DC commuters and features a bus transit center with eight bus bays, pick up and drop off for ridesharing, electric vehicle charging stations, and indoor and outdoor bicycle storage.
