Students work in paid positions that align with their career center program and career path. Metromont has partnered with the Work-Based Learning Programs at Enoree Career Center and Donaldson Career Center since 2019, offering tours of our Greenville plant to students in the program every year. Approximately 20 Building/Construction and Welding students have participated in the Work-Based Learning Program at Metromont’s Greenville plant, with nine students becoming full-time Metromont associates.
