A graduate of Clemson University, Bryce Martin found Metromont through a posting on Clemson’s job board. Impressed with Metromont’s company culture and wide range of projects, he applied and was hired as a design engineer. After obtaining his professional engineer license, he was promoted to senior design engineer and worked for a total of five years in Greenville’s Engineering department. Eventually, he moved into an Engineering Project Manager role and just two years later, was promoted to Engineering Manager at the Greenville headquarters. For Bryce, the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks is what he enjoys most. “No one day is the same as the next and every day there are opportunities to learn and grow.
