Ivan Alamanza has been a member of the Metromont family for 17 years. He began his career as a general laborer at the Hiram, GA plant, working on a flatbed. From there he moved to the stripping crew and shortly after, became a crew leader. Through Metromont, he was able to relocate from Hiram to the Bartow, FL plant, where he currently works as a supervisor. “What I enjoy most about working at Metromont is working with a variety of other people and being able to accomplish work on different projects.”
