Mike Oliver came to Metromont 24 years ago after the group he worked with at Fluor Daniel moved west. He began his career with Metromont as a project manager, but after a few years, was ready for a change of pace. He moved into management of the steel fab, carpentry shop, maintenance, and dry finishing at the Greenville plant for almost two years before being called back to project management to work on a project with a specific general contractor. He’s been the leading force of Greenville’s project management team ever since. After 20 years in project management, Mike was promoted to his current role as Director of Project Management. “Metromont truly has a family environment that supports each person’s professional development.
