Q: If there’s one word you could use to describe your experience with Metromont, what would it be and why?
A: “Grateful” Grateful that I have been given the opportunity to be a part of a rewording environment and working with knowledgeable people that have years of experience and others beginning their careers with an enthusiasm for a rewording and successfully long road ahead.
Q: What would you tell potential associates who are looking to join the Metromont Family in the future?
A: I have worked in a few corporations in my time, and I have been amazed at how Metromont personnel structure is a family structure with true respect and concern for the individual success and achievement in their career as well as their personal life situation.
Q: Being a part of the Metromont family for 7 years is remarkable! How has that journey been?
A: It has been a rewording journey, from the start of being in quality control working from tickets that I will be drawing in the future and seeing the product, was the perfect start. Then learning the Revit program that I have never drawn with was a challenge in it shelf. Beginning to produce tickets I realize how valuable my time in the shop was and how it had informed me of what I am drawing.
