When Metromont acquired Shockey Precast Group in 2018, we knew the partnership would be as strong as our precast concrete. Today, we’re proud to announce that the Shockey–Metromont integration is officially complete.
While Shockey Precast initially operated under its original name as a division of Metromont, the two teams have now fully unified into one cohesive family. At our 100-year anniversary celebration on September 27, company leaders announced the name change, and the formal transition began on November 3. All Shockey services now operate under the Metromont brand.
This final step represents more than a name change—it marks how closely the two companies have aligned over the years in culture, operations, and strategic vision.
