Our Carolinas Plant
Metromont’s corporate headquarters and Greenville manufacturing facility are located approximately 15 minutes southwest of downtown Greenville. Constructed in the 1950s, our Two Notch Road facility has undergone significant improvements and modernization over the years while still serving as the heart of our company operations. The Greenville plant produces architectural and structural precast components for projects across South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee, including multi-family and student housing, parking structures, data centers, schools, warehouses, and hotels.
Less than 30 minutes from our Greenville headquarters, Metromont’s Spartanburg manufacturing facility is a small plant that produces precast double tees to support structural projects across the Carolinas, including recent projects such as the Greenville County Square parking deck, USC Gadsden & Greene student housing, and the Spartanburg County Justice Center parking deck.
