LUNA at Viera is a six-story upscale apartment community in Viera, Florida, surrounded by some of the city’s most prominent buildings. The total precast concrete design utilizes Metromont’s proprietary MetroDeck flooring system and is comprised of 256,158 SF of precast concrete produced at Metromont’s Bartow, FL, manufacturing facility. The project also includes a 101,704 SF parking deck with four elevated levels of precast concrete. The exterior façade of the structures features a formliner and heavy, medium, and light sandblast finishes. The new Luna community includes 245 units, a business lounge, a green screen for film and podcasts, a rooftop wine lounge, a dog wash, and a mailroom with an Amazon hub. The six-story total precast complex is unique for the Viera area, where most apartment communities are two- to three-story garden apartments.
