Located in downtown Charleston, South Carolina, with views of the Charleston waterfront, the Charleston Tech Center is a six-story Class A office building dedicated exclusively to housing tech and tech-related companies. The building’s exterior features 33,000 square feet of architectural precast cladding produced by Metromont’s Greenville, SC, manufacturing facility. The precast cladding panels incorporate unique graphic concrete details inspired by a technology aesthetic, as well as light and medium sandblast and medium acid etch finishes.
Metromont also constructed the adjacent seven-story, 236,000-square-foot precast parking structure, which provides approximately 800 parking spaces for employees and visitors to the Charleston Tech Center. Metal screening provides sun shade on the office building and parking structure.
