Metromont’s Hiram, GA, manufacturing facility produced 128,000 SF of precast concrete for the new six- level, total precast office building. Kimball place is designed to be a green stone, high performance work facility, that inspires creativity and collaboration.
Originally designed as steel/tilt the project was converted to precast concrete. The exterior façade of the office building features a buff colored architectural concrete mix with medium sandblasting, brick veneer, and architectural bands above the windows, giving the building a Class A style look.
Kimball Ridge Office Building received Outstanding Achievement in Mid-Rise Category at the 2022 Georgia ACI Awards.
