Project Overview

Located in Alpharetta, Georgia, 10000 Avalon is the second and final office building in the exciting mixed-use development of Avalon.

Produced at Metromont’s Hiram, Georgia plant, the 10-story core-and-shell Class A office building consists of approximately 254,898 rentable square feet of office space with an accompanying 7-level, 241,054 square foot stand-alone precast parking garage.

For the office building, Metromont provided 42,710 square feet of architectural precast cladding with medium sandblast finish and Endicott thin brick in Manganese Brown Velour. The Endicott thin brick and medium sandblast were also used for the parking garage exterior.

Designed to serve as the gateway for the Avalon development and City of Alpharetta from Highway GA400, construction of 10000 Avalon began in July 2018 and was ready for occupants in early 2020.
