LEED Gold certified, the Wade V office building includes on-site cafes, eateries, salons, and a fitness center. A colonnade connects the parking garage to the Wade V building, creating a clear, covered pathway between the garage and the office building.
The exterior façade of the Wade V Parking Garage II includes a buff architectural concrete mix with a heavy sandblast finish, cast-in thin brick at the stair towers, and the use of intricate reveals.
Metromont’s Greenville and Spartanburg manufacturing plants produced 140,019 SF of precast concrete for the project, with precast erection completed in approximately five months.
