Located on an 80-acre campus in Charlotte, NC, the new Centene Corporation headquarters includes an office building and two precast concrete parking decks. Metromont’s Greenville and Spartanburg SC manufacturing facilities produced 304,779 SF of precast concrete for the south parking deck and 314,099 SF of precast concrete for the north deck. The twin seven-level decks include escalators and feature exterior facades that include form liners and medium acid-etch finish. Metromont also produced 9,085 SF of precast wall panels for Centene’s onsite daycare center. Centene Corporation’s new headquarters is located on an 80-acre campus that will accommodate approximately 6,000 employees. The new development includes childcare and early education, fitness centers, solar electric car stations, and walking trails.
