Located in Raleigh, NC, the 3800 Glenwood Parking Garage is a 4-level, total precast concrete structure with two levels below ground and two above. The parking garage provides 300 new parking spaces to tenants and visitors of the neighboring 3800 Glenwood, Class A office building. Metromont was onboarded early in the design process and collaborated closely with the engineers and architects involved in the project to streamline the construction schedule.
A covered pathway connects the parking deck to the 3800 Glenwood Office Building for easy, covered access. A buff-colored architectural mix with a sophisticated reveal pattern makes up the structure’s exterior, mirroring the adjacent office building.
Metromont’s Greenville and Spartanburg manufacturing teams produced 73,333 SF of precast concrete for this project. Metromont was onboarded early in the design process and collaborated closely with the engineers and architects involved in the project to streamline the construction schedule, enabling precast concrete erection to be completed in less than two months.
