The newest, 1,340-space parking garage at the Northside Cherokee campus in Canton, GA is a large-scale structured precast parking garage designed to support the growing needs of this medical campus. The North Parking Deck consists of 995 pieces of precast concrete, and 382,380 SF of elevated field topped double- tees. The North Parking Deck features several design elements, including an architectural concrete mix with sandblast finish on all exterior facing precast walls, columns and spandrels; the use of a perforated aluminum panel screen; hand laid stacked stone at the base of the elevation and a reveal pattern cast into the precast which provides both durability and enhanced visual appearance that complements the surrounding hospital environment. Designed for high traffic and long-term performance, this parking garage delivers efficient vehicular circulation while maintaining a clean modern aesthetic consistent with the rest of this campus. This project is a First Place Winner in the ACI Georgia Chapter’s 2026 Awards.
