The six-level mixed-use development consists of Whole Foods Market on the ground level with five levels of parking above. Metromont’s Bartow, FL, manufacturing facility produced 286,824 SF of precast concrete for this project and was added early in the design process to ensure the total precast garage would be integrated seamlessly into the ground-level retail portion. The new parking structure includes five elevated levels of precast concrete with a smooth exterior façade painted by others.
