Capitol Towers is located within the prestigious Carnegie District of SouthPark in Charlotte, NC.
This mixed-use project consists of twin 10-story towers totaling 470,000 sq ft of office space, a seven-level central parking structure and retail/restaurant space within the bases of the office building and parking structure.
The parking structure sits in the center of the two towers and includes a popular restaurant destination and other retail space at its base level. On the west elevation, the architecture of the parking deck was modified to include thin-brick in order to blend with the multi-family development across the street.
The South Tower and Parking Deck were completed in the fall of 2015 and construction began on the North Tower in early January 2016.
