The Grove at Towne Center

Located near Atlanta, the Grove at Towne Center parking garage is a design-assist project Metromont negotiated with general contractor Winter Construction. Metromont’s early design-assist efforts ensured an attractive and cost-effective precast concrete design to accompany the new multifamily community, The Grove. The four-level, 185,000-SF parking deck is wrapped on three sides by the new multifamily community it was designed to serve. A thin-brick exterior façade on the street-facing front of the parking deck complements the architectural features of the surrounding architecture.
